Organic Meyer lemon rind brined and pureed with olive oil.  Spread on top of fish, chicken or pork when sautéing, turn over and allow the lemon to mix with pan juices to finish.  Use it to brighten flavors of soups, sauces where you would use lemon zest.  A little goes a long way.  5.5 oz jar
